On March 11, 2017, I married Nagila. It wasn't the end of a search. It was the beginning of who I was becoming.

Ewerton Jr. was born on March 21, the same day as his father. Helena was born on May 13, 2021, the same day I lost my mother. Pain and grace sometimes arrive on the same calendar. Catharina was born on March 21, 2024, the same day as her father and brother.

I didn't choose those dates. But I learned to read them. Each child is an answer to a question I didn't know I was asking.
